Finding homes for people and dogs since 1991.
I am a committed and loyal Realtor who has had the privilege of helping people's dreams come true for over 28+ years.
I have always sold residential real estate and enjoy helping my clients buy or sell their properties.
I also have a great love for country properties and have had the privilege of selling numerous horse farms and country properties over the years.
Buying a country property/farm is buying a lifestyle, and I believe it is less stressful on the sellers/buyers that have a Realtor who can understand that lifestyle.
I truly believe A full-time Realtor is a must when buying or selling real estate. That is why I have committed the last 28+ years working as a full-time Realtor.
For the majority of my clients, their real estate transaction is one of the biggest transactions they will ever make. It only seems fair that they should have a Realtor who is full-time and successful. I want to be there from start to finish, handling all the aspects of the transaction right through to the closing.
I have found my clients always feel more secure when they know I am their full-time Realtor and I will be there for them every step of the way. This gives them a higher comfort level and makes the transaction as stress-free as possible.
A lot of my motivation to branch out into this area was because, early in my real estate career, I was fortunate to represent a client who was a Thoroughbred breeder. She was looking for a farm here in New York, and I had the privilege of working with her for quite some time. She taught me the ins and outs of horse farms, and that knowledge has served me well during my real estate career. Her husband was the youngest man inducted into the Racing Hall of Fame at the time.
In 2002, I was featured on the cover of Real Estate Executive Magazine (September-October issue).
Another one of my exciting real estate transactions was selling Rogers Island to a French and Indian War buff. He enjoyed his time on the island participating in archeological digs and watching French and Indian War reenactments. He also bought a large horse farm from me that same year. I have since resold the farm for him.
While the market has changed over the last few years, investing in Real Estate (in my opinion) is still a great way of securing a future income.
Many of my clients have bought homes that needed TLC at a wonderful price, and rehabbed them sell at a good profit.
