From day one, Sandy was supportive and professional. She understood and accommodated me as an autistic woman in a difficult situation. She helped me understand the selling process and was always available to answer questions. She successfully represented the house and I have no doubt the house would have sold AT asking price if I had decided to sell. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a house to purchase or acceptable piece of land to develop. With the market so high and so little available, I had to make the difficult decision to unlist the property. Sandy was expectional. If I decide to re-list, I couldn't work with anyone else. She knows what she's doing but more than all of that, she is kind. Kind people are rare in this world and she is one of those people. Not only did she manage this listing with avid professionalism, she became my friend as well. I could never have imagined how difficult this was going to be. Although we picked you because we thought you had lots of experience and the nicest face(!), little did we know we were picking such an honest, patient, attentive and hard working agent. Sandy has a knowledge database based on experience that rivals any broker I have ever worked with. Usually when conducting transactions of importance I feel the need to micromanage every detail however with Sandy I did not feel the need. She covered all critical points before I brought them up and then added additional information which put me at ease.. From the beginning I felt that her expertise and network of resources would get me the best results. I was right. A final note, I do not write reviews, but my experience with Sandy was so pleasant and professional I felt it warranted to let others know..
